About UsThe Fitzwilliam Wine ClubA warm welcome to your local Wine Appreciation Society who meet on the third Tuesday of every month at Whiston Parish Hall, Well Lane, Whiston; Rotherham, S60 4HX; starting at 7.30pm. We are a friendly, sociable group who enjoy meeting together to find out more about wines from all over the world. You are invited to join us for a £5.00 ‘taster’ session. If you wish to continue before deciding whether or not to become a member. You then have the option of signing-up as a full member, with monthly sessions continuing at £10.00 per month. There is no annual membership fee, as this is incorporated into the monthly fee. The benefits of membership include discounted prices with local wine merchants. Each month we sample seven selected wines – presented by local experts and wine enthusiasts. Members usually bring a few snacks along to enjoy with the wines.
